Raw materials airlaid paper , alternatively known as dust-free paper, possesses moisture absorption and drying properties, playing a crucial role in absorbing and retaining water in sanitary napkins. Airlaid napkins paper is made from recycled materials such as paddles, old newspapers, used book paper, and waste yellow core cardboard, is commonly utilized in conjunction with SAP (Super Absorbent Polymer) in sanitary napkins. For ultra-thin sanitary napkins, airlaid paper is used to encapsulate the SAP polymer composite absorbent material. Conversely, wood pulp-based sanitary napkins use toilet paper to wrap the SAP absorbent resin along with wood pulp (fluff pulp). This strategic combination allows sanitary napkins to effectively absorb and lock menstrual fluid, ensuring the surface remains dry.
